Battery Installation
1, because the battery with liquid charge factory, after the opening of the box when handling, please move the bottom of the battery, to be gently held and put, not to move the battery with a hand holding the terminals, not to use the terminals lifting the battery.
2, it is strictly prohibited to open the battery valve, otherwise it will lead to poor sealing of the battery, affecting the use of battery performance and service life.
3, the same group of batteries should be the same specification products, not allowed to mix the products made by different manufacturers.
4, the battery should be used in well-ventilated conditions, it is not allowed to install the battery in closed containers or space, the battery should pay attention to the waterproof and set up ventilation holes when it is buried in the ground, it should be avoided from direct sunlight, and kept away from hot objects.
5. When installing, please use insulated tools to avoid electric shock.
6. When wiring the batteries, please connect the batteries to each other. Then, connect with the controller.
7, to get the expected service life, please use the automatic current limiting and voltage regulating charging equipment with over-voltage, under-voltage and over-current protection ±1.5% of the regulating accuracy.
Inspection and maintenance
Do inspection and maintenance work when the battery is running, and complete operation records should be made.

Battery storage
1. The battery should be parked in a dry, ventilated, cool environment. The battery should be parked or stored in dry, ventilated and cool environment, and it is forbidden to be exposed to moisture and rain.
2, the battery in the process of placing, due to self-discharge and loss of capacity, its first discharge capacity will be lower than the rated capacity, usually after 2-3 charge/discharge cycles can reach its rated capacity.

Battery maintenance knowledge
1, battery cleaning please use as much as possible wringing wet rags to carry out, please do not use a dry cloth or duster, etc., the use of a dry cloth or duster will produce static electricity, and sometimes become the cause of the ignition, explosion.
2. Replace the battery within the battery replacement time stated in the instruction manual or on the machine.
3. When the battery reaches the end of its life (50% of the initial discharging time), the time of use may be significantly shortened. This may cause battery failure such as internal short-circuit, depletion of electrolyte (increase in internal resistance), or corrosion of the positive plate grid. If use continues in this condition, the maximum charging current will flow continuously, and heat dissipation and leakage of the battery will be possible, so please replace the battery before it becomes this condition.
4. Do not use organic solvents and liquid detergents such as Shinna water, gasoline, kerosene, volatile oils, etc. If organic solvents and liquid detergents come into contact with the battery tank, they may become the cause of cracks and leakage of fluid from the tank.
5, the battery terminals should be used in a clean state, if the battery terminals are dirty, poor contact with the body, it may be the cause of power cut off, can not be charged.
Disposal of abnormalities in the battery
There is sulfuric acid inside the battery, if the battery leakage liquid gets on the skin and clothes, please wash it with a lot of clean water immediately, and if the liquid splashes into the eyes, please wash it with a lot of clean water and then consult a doctor as soon as possible. Dilute sulfuric acid in the eyes may cause blindness, and on the skin may cause burns.
